Kathy Davett Horry founded R&R Supply Services, LLC in 2019 with a vision rooted in service, integrity, and opportunity. Drawing on her background in nonprofit administration and business development, Kathy built R&R Supply from the ground up as a woman-owned wholesale distributor serving government and private sector clients across Missouri and the United States.
Kathy brings the same commitment to excellence that defines all of her work — whether leading a nonprofit serving hundreds of youth, directing music ministry, or building a distribution business designed to compete at the national level. R&R Supply is her vision of a business that creates real impact by supplying the infrastructure that communities depend on.
A native of Battle Creek, MI and a resident of O'Fallon, MO, Kathy holds a Master's in Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor's in Music/Psychology. She is also the Founder of GIFTED, a 501(c)(3) youth mentoring organization, and KDH Productions, LLC.

R&R Supply Services received its Missouri LLC charter (Charter #: LC001643883), formalizing the business structure and establishing operational foundations.
Began the federal System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration process, positioning R&R Supply for federal government contract eligibility and CAGE certification.
